As you all know by now, Roslyn is our fitness guru. She gives great tips whether it be fitness or eating healthy. The best part about having our very own savvy fitness expert on our team? Her recipes DON’T stink. No seriously, we all feel super lucky when Roslyn comes strolling in with a delicious dish. We always know that we can have more than a few servings of whatever it is she has whipped up because 1. It is always healthy 2. It is so good we can’t stop.

Roslyn’s daughter who lives in Portland is 100% vegan, which means when they spend holidays together, everyone’s food plan is put into consideration. Therefore, this Thanksgiving they decided to do it, vegan style! How fun is that?
